2 Jewelry Classes A quick run to the ER and an upcoming volleyball game.

I have finished the classes... I am glad to be done, I was outside in the one car garage from 7 this morning until now (about 4..) give and take the times I came in to get things before or after classes and get some water. Right when the second person pulled in the driveway for the second class, Anthony started screaming and the dog ran past the one car garage, I sent Emily after the dog and went to see why Anthony was screaming he had a bad cut on his shoulder. I picked him up, he kept screaming and crying "Scooter got out! Get Scooter!" Oh my goodness, I kept telling him that Emily was getting the dog... Maybe you saw my post comment on Katherine's blog... (sorry if it wasn't as funny as I thought it was)... after reading her post I remembered that I still haven't done a New Years post! Somethings God has taught me this year: •That I am not really as patient as I thought I was and I can't be patient on my own- I need Him. •to step out of my comfort zone to do what Jesus would do. •learning to abide in Him. •learning to take His hand and trust that He will lead me where He wants me to go. (Jer. 29:11) Some Big Things that Happened this Year and How God used them to grow me: •We were a host family for a while. God used that as a test of my patience. As I felt my annoyance mounting I learned that I can't be patient all on my own, I need His help. Now looking back I would love to be able to do it again, for the same family or another... God blessed my life through having Lizzy, Austin and Gage here and I miss them. Yes it was frazzling

Funny Story from LAST DAY OF DRIVERS ED

Ok... I think it's funny... maybe it won't be to anyone else but here it goes! I got to class early and this girl (Makayla) and her boyfriend came in... i was sitting (sitting mind you) at my desk studying and minding my own business and the guy looked at me and said "I like your jean skirt." (I have never had anyone say that to me and it was humorously specific... I decided I would think that he was being serious and not sarcastic and said "thank you." he responded with, "you're welcome" then he and Makayla left the room and I returned to studying. Shortly thereafter they returned whispering... Makayla kept saying to him, "you ask" after much debate he said "Susannah..." I looked up surprised that he knew my name.. I guess Makayla told him.., we've never spoken so I didn't know for sure that she knew my name. "do you know how many questions are on the test." "75" I respond
